The following is an excerpt from the NetLine America, Inc. Commercial Web Site Agreement form, which must be completed and returned to NetLine America, Inc.

This agreement between NetLine America, Inc. and___________________________________ (hereafter called "business"), requires NetLine America, Inc. to provide space to be used by business for WEB presence under the following terms and conditions to which all parties agree as indicated by their signatures below.

1. Business can host a commercial web site on NetLine America,lnc.'s WWW Server. The server is connected to the net via dedicated lines. The business will provide the Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML) file. NetLine America, Inc. is not responsible for the content of business file area. Business will comply with all state and federal laws, including, but not limited to copyright laws. Business agrees not to publish on or over the service content which infringes upon the rights of others, is profane or sexually offensive to a reasonable person, or that would be considered abusive. NetLine America, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or delete any information on your site or in the alternative to terminate this contract and your presence on our server and upon such termination the only liability of NetLine America, Inc. would be to refund the unused portion of your prepaid contract, pro rata.

2. Business shall indemnify and hold NetLine America, Inc. harmless for any and all claims that may be made against NetLine America, Inc. which result from or are alleged to result from conduct by business.

This contract includes:

20 megabytes of storage on our server for $60.00 per quarter, or

50 megabytes of storage on our server and 20 E-mail addresses for $90.00 per quarter.

50 megabytes, 20 E-mail addresses, and your own domain name for $90.00 per quarter plus $150.00 one time setup fee.

3. All CGI scripts used in your site must be approved in advance of use by NetLine America, Inc. The minimum contract period is three (3) months, payment is required in advance.

Additional disk space is available at an additional fee. Back-ups are made on a regular basis by NetLine America, Inc. The business is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the content of its file area and the content thereon.
