In order to use the NetLine America Chat Area, you must have a browser that is Java compliant. If you are using Internet Explorer 3.02 or greater you should be fine. To check your version, click help and then click about internet explorer.
If you are using Netscape as your browser, we have tested the chat area with version 4.0 and greater. However we believe 3.0 and above should work just fine also.

CHAT RULES:

You are entirely responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your Account. Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in NetLine America terminating your Account. You agree not to do any of the following actions while using NetLine America Chat:
(1) harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another NetLine America Chat participant, user, or another individual or entity;
(2) transmit via NetLine America Chat any information, data, text, files, links, software, chat, communication or other materials ("Content") that NetLine America considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
(3) cause any chat room screen in NetLine America Chat to "scroll" faster than other users are able to type to it or any action to a similar disruptive effect;
(4) impersonate in NetLine America Chat any person, including but not limited to, a NetLine America official, forum leader, guide or host;
(5) disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in a NetLine America Chat room or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants;
(6) post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation in NetLine America Chat, except in those areas (e.g., shopping rooms) that are designated for such a purpose; and
(7) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing NetLine America Chat or in connection with your use of NetLine America Chat in any manner.
